Hand carved from blue/green nephrite jade sourced in the Bryant Range, Te Tau Ihu. Found by a close friend I mentored for a time — making this piece feel shared in its journey from mountain to hand.

The deep blue tones shift through green and misty clouding depending on the light and exhibits good translucency throughout. Carved into a strong directional form, this piece carries a sense of movement and focus — like a marker pointing forward.

Set on adjustable 4-ply waxed braid.
